0 ArNG11
At times that can be all you have, however, it's consistent pressure and not taking lightly the injustice that happens. Mr. A " FIGHT TILL YOUR LAST BREATH "
0 HadIt.com Elder Chuck75 Posted October 27, 2014 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted October 27, 2014 (edited) To the bureaucracy in general, accountability is anathema. A great deal of effort has gone into removing personal responsibility and so forth, laws, regulations, and practices exist to quasi justify those efforts/actions. The 2008 VA "redaction" effort was an attempt to remove information from records that might have been used to show who, what, and where, in relation to serious deficiencies in the claims processes and decisions. One of the often used corollaries - - - when all else fails, "REORGANIZE"! This gives the incumbents the ability to say, somewhat truthfully, that they were not involved, have no knowledge, etc. concerning matters under scrutiny. Personally, I believe that the resources available to veterans today (internet, publicity, etc) have had a serious impact on the VA. Information on Hadit.com and VA Watchdog as well as other websites is invaluable. Edited October 27, 2014 by Chuck75
0 chuck57thSig
It takes all of us working together contacting our Congressmen to get things done. How many of you are aware that they are trying to remove C&P results from the Blue Button until after a claim is completed? Citing danger to the examiners. They say some vets, angered by information put in the results, are attacking the examiners... 70% PTSD, 50% Migraines, 40% Fibromyalgia, 30% IBS, 10% Bilateral Tinnitus, SMC - ED
0 HadIt.com Elder Pete53 Posted October 28, 2014 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted October 28, 2014 I believe that all Veterans should have a choice either VA or something like everyone else has. Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.

0 ArNG11
Hope is all and good at times, however, there comes a time where words and cheap promises can do no more. Actions, change, repercussions, liability and sweet justice is what kicks the VA's wrongdoing in the mouth. NavyWife, Thanks for posting the video. Bob also gives me hope. I really like what he had to say. I just hope he can deliver on his promises. I think the key will be picking the right leadershi

Well, when he talks he says the right things. It's a good mind set. I just hope he fulfills it.
