Ptsd Cp Exam Question

Question

This is my post. I just joined the group today. First I would like to thank you all for your service and the great information that's provided on this site.

I had my PTSD CP exam on October 14. On Friday October 24 my claim was moved to Prep for Notification. I'm guessing I'll know my fate soon. I'm pretty nervous.

I have a question about my exam. The Dr wrote that my PTSD is "as least likely as not" due to my stresser while in service. What does this term mean???

If my claim is denied I doubt if I'll appeal. I don't think I can handle going through the process again mentally.

You are over the first hurdle because you have a PTSD diagnosis from a VA MH provider.

The doc also gave you the important nexus statement.

If you were not incountry OIF OEF, do you have solid proof of the stressor if the VA asks for it?

It sounds very positive for you as to getting an award.

I will bump up the 2010 PTSD regulations in the PTSD forum for you.

Thank you for the response and information. I did provide a solid stressed. I'll go and check out the 2010 PTSD regulations.
