Prep For Notification Back To Review Of Evid But Now Ab8 Avail

So ive had a claim from March2014 just hit prep for notification after a brief time a ab8 letter appeared, but my status changed to review of evidence , decision letter sent, I called Peggy and got told that some issues got decided others got thrown to put back to the review phase anyone elseexperience this , I got rated40% but that seemed lowballed to me

I am now in Pending Decision Approval

I had over 17 contentions I believe - in June 2014 I was partially S/C for Anemia, IBS, Tinnitus, Left Ankle and I was denied for a few to include one for my toe condition that they rated on the wrong foot LOL. I submitted an immediate CUE to alert them of that back in June and it was fixed within a week. That is pending along with my right foot/ankle; left foot/toe condition; bi-lateral chronic watery eyes; bi-lateral eye floaters; Chronic Bronchitis, Sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, Mental Health Condition (Anxiety and sleeping disorder), Eating Disorder, PTSD due to "MST"

My initial claim did not have PTSD (secondary to personal assault) - that was added in July of this year in addition to my claims. All and all the VA has been very thorough I believe and I should have the additional claims rated soon!
