Sorry to hear of your troubles bud. My current FDC claim was at Prep for Decision for over a month, so I submitted an IRIS jus to make sure everything was ok. Well what happened next, my claim went back to Gather of Evidence, and now I have over 8 exams over the next 2 weeks at multiple VA, and now 4 of my current conditions are up for Review Next week, even though my award letter from last year stated Feb 2016. Now I am freaking out, and definitely not looking forward to so many C&Ps. Good luck and keep us posted.

Dusty AO, I couldnt find anything yet in your older posts about your current issues but you said

"Posted 07 January 2015 - 07:07 PM

If the VA will focus on getting the claim right the first time the backlog will disapear due to a decline in appeals and NOD's."

You are absolutely right.

The Regional Offices have caused the backlog. We claimants sure didn't. We are victims of it.

The fact that there have been so many BVA remands over the years also shows they (the ROs) didnt get it right the first time and many of these remands do NOT have to occur.

I assume by your handle that this might be an AO issue. Did your claims fall under Nehmer as Footnote One claims?

I have another CUE pending myself ,regarding my Nehmer decision , and hope you can tell us more.
