AmicusBrief Posted March 12, 2015 Share Posted March 12, 2015 After a living hell for 3 years I was awarded 70% with 100% TDIU, P&T. 27 months ago I had a DRO hearing and NOTHING was done until I sent an email to my Senator 12 days ago complaining about the delay and lack of communication from the RO. A week later I get a call from the Deputy Director of the RO and today a rating decision. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. No more living in a tent in the woods.
