I Have a vet that is 0% connected for his disability and he went for increase like a year later and they up graded his disability to 50%, then a year later he got 10% for secondary SC, to 60% Then about 2 years later filed for increase on the same disability and they gave him 90% so what the heck would his combined rating be? I think 60% but then again I don't know how they rate it? IS it possibly be he has a combined rating of SC 90% now?
Anybody know?
Thanks

I suspect that since he is 90% now that the combination of his SC disabilities come to that number. Say he started out with a 50% rating for X ailment and then they increased him to 60% for X ailment
