Question

I'm waiting on a TDIU case to be determined. I logged on to ebenefits today and noticed that the VA had sent 21-4192 letters to 2 old employers with a due date of 4/14/15.

What happens on the "due date" if no action is taken by the employer and they don't send it in?

I haven't seen much on the 21-4192 and I'd like to know more about the process.

If they don't fill it out then it wont hurt you bud. The VA sent a form to my old boss, which was the State of Texas and they didn't fill out the form either. It just helps a bit if the old jobs fill them out and return them to VA. Nothing to worry about bud. Good luck and keep us posted

The whole thing seems pretty damned silly if you ask me. Most companies probably won't respond due to fear of opening themselves up for litigation and lawsuits.
