Question

Since my sc combined disability rating is 80%. When applying for TDIU, am I required to furnish copies of my treatment history even when VA Regional office has them in my file as evidence for me being Rated: 80% combined; Primary: 70% TBI w/ head injury residuals (too many to name); Secondary: 30% depression, all of which im beyond convinced has been the leading cause of my inability to find & maintain substantially gainful work in the last 15 years since separating from the service. I also recently started seeing my private mental health counselor again about it all. Thanks!

I reccomend that you submit any and all information weather VA or not. Do not expect anyone to do it for you from the VA. Also do not expect the person performing your C&P exams to do much research on your issues either. So I would bring along copies of any documentation with you to help you show them your reasoning for the C&P. They might not accept it but it has helped me on numerous occasions. You are your own best advocate....

Doc

100% TDIU P&T
