0 Berta
Just to add, these vets will not be eligible under Nehmer for a favorable EED. Nehmer regards solely 'boots on ground-Vietnam. It is imperative for any vet who has an AO presumptive and believes they cvan prove AO exposure out of the AO Vietnam, Thailand, Korea regs (and even prove exposure to AO in CONUS as James Cripps did) MUST continuously prosecute their claim to keep it in the system, the bbest way thay can...because even by being on the hamster wheel, if at some point they succeed, they will get an EED back to the date of their initial claim. Dont forget....Kurt Priessman, solely responsible for the VA Thailand Directive and many other AO Thailand awards to vets, was awarded at the RO level........which is outstanding, He just didnt take no for an answer and relentlessly sought the evidence he needed to succeed.
