RonS Posted June 30, 2015 Author Share Posted June 30, 2015 I'm going to add this: They brought you back to you back a year earlier because it was your first claim and the medical documentation showed a clear diagnosis. It is Public Law 112-154 Section 506. It allows the VA to take it back a year earlier. ALL THAT RETRO IS YOUR MONEY!! I received my retro and thought it was a mistake. I guess it was no mistake! Mark you calender for when the NOD deadline comes up. You sure did the leg work you needed to do and kept it all organized.
