C&p Exam Nod Exam 7/2/15 Ptsd Increase

Question

I was turn down for ptsd and filed a NOD in 2013 and recd 30% 2014 and filed a NOD a NOD 7/14 for increase.. Im taking 200 mg of trazdone for sleep. 60 mg prozac for depression , 1mg of zanax p/day and 1 mg of prazosin p/day for nightmares. I dont know if im going to be rated on dsm4 or dsm5 and my gaf is 45 and dianosed for ptsd several yrsychiatrist and pshchologist. --hypr viglance,np intersest,anger outbursts,severe anxiety attacks,nightmares,intrusive thoughts hpervigilant,easily startled and mood flat. Im not sure what they will ask at the C&P but tell the trutht them. all the things have gotten worse worrying about the exam.. Im vietnam veteran with a combat action ribbon. Ive taken all the classes on ptsd at the va. what are my chances of an increase for ptsd and I have fighting this since 2011. never give Semper FI. Thanks in advance for your advise.

go and get a IMO from a accredited Psychologist. I can give you a name, just PM me.

If you can, can you scan and upload your VA decision (redact your name/social/etc) as well as copies of the DBQ from the COmp and Pen exam so that folks here can see better what was written and why the lowball rating.

While you are doing all of this. Go on Ebenefits and get copies of ALL of your medical information. GO to any private doctors you have seen, get copies of their evidence.

Also start a request for your C Fileto get that.

Lets start to piece this all together for you so that you can go back to the VA all ready to rock and roll and watch them squirm.
