0 knap-sack Posted July 6, 2015 Share Posted July 6, 2015 I have to get in the moment. If my mind is racing about the past or projecting the future I feel lost. I have to step away and focus on something that makes me feel good at that moment. I look at my wife and think about how much I love her and how beautiful she is at that moment.
