If you decide to work and pay in SS (the VA checks this every year) & IF keep your 100%rating/compensation and they know your working with SS being paid IN...I think they will send you a letter of proposal to reduce or even charge you with Fraud.

if they reduces you because your working I believe they will take it all away..and not give you a rating % at all & possibly take away your SC..if they do that you be finished with the VA.

If they don't charge you with fraud first? if they do you could possibly go to prison.

With this said now some veterans with a 100% rating can work,if they don't make over 12.000 a year from what I understand...but not P&T depends on the disability I imagine!

but your disability is precluded because its a mental disability as everyone states&P&T means your Permanently Total Disable.
