VA Diagnose me with DSM 5 Trama PTSD...Back in June of this year, I been going to a psychiatrist once a month and a CLSW therapist once a week since.
I check my VA Notes today and the therapist is saying at the end of his session notes I have ''a DSM5 Depression...what is the difference?
if the VA Rates these symptoms differently we can't have both correct?
Do I need to ask the psychiatrist what I have ? Although she says in her Notes I have Been Diagnosed with a VA Psychiatrist.for PTSD with Unspecific Depressive Disorder..so if I get a C&P anytime soon which one will they use?
i Have an'' Intent to file claim'' submitted to my particular VA Intake Center in Janesville Wi

Go ahead and file for "mental health issues". Let the VA DX you at the C&P. However, ... The MDD ("manic depressive disorder", is what I think you meant by MMD) DX will stand the test of time bett
