C&P Increase

Have a question about effective dates. Just got an increase for my urticaria from 10% to 60%. My initial effective date was 12/2004 but now with the increase ebenefits lists the effective date as 12/2015. I know I had certain 10+ year protections before but how does this increase change things, if at all? Thanks in advance for any info/input.

I have been told that the effective date for protections starts over with the new date of increase but lets wait and see if anyone can chime in that knows for sure as I am curious on the official answer as well.

I believe  that each rating decision effective dates is when the protection period starts. So your 2004 10% will be protected in 2024 and your 60% will be protected in 2035.
