upload documents to ebenefits

Question

I have recently been uploading my Medical documents into Ebenefits.  It seems to be rather easy to scan the documents into my computer and then upload them..  I filed my claim for increases on my current ratings on 11/16/2015..  I am almost done submitting evidence.. I have not had a CandP exam yet however...  Can I request a decision?  Will that expedite the scheduling of my CandP exam?

Thanks.. I have downloaded alot of information.. Maybe 15 submissions.  I will possibly just wait.. Im not willing to take chances and lose any rights by clicking that button.. I have not even been contacted yet to schedule a C and P yet...

Your original question was to ask if you could have them decide your claim. The answer is yes but my concern is no CnP. I would be asking for one. JMHO

If and when i get my Comp and Pension exam, I would then feel more confident in clicking that button.. Because I want that Comp and Pension to be taken into consideration, and I fear that If i request a decision now, they may Deny because i have yet to have one..
