jfrei
I was wondering if it's possible to find your docket if you have a number but they haven't reached a decision yet? I have tried the CAVC and the BVA website to search either past decisions or the docket search tab. Happy Easter to all!!!
0 FormerMember
Add three months to it. Mine was heard 4/29/15 and advanced at the hearing. I got my decision 9/4/15. It's getting worse as we speak. There were 44,000 in the chute at the beginning of 2015 with another 62,000 incoming for the year. 2016 is said to show 50,000 in the queue with about 65,000 new appeals. And it just gets worse from there. Edited March 27, 2016 by asknod jfrei

Advancement on the docket means that you have been put in front of other claimants, it does not mean that a decision has been made. As noted on the BVA's Decision search site: http://www.index.va.
