Doctors support letter

Question

As to the strength of the support letter, on proper VA MHC letterhead, and the signature of a 30+ year VA psychiatrist, what do you guys think?
How strong will that play a role in getting TDIU?

I have submitted my 8940, but all three previous employers were unreachable, or non-responsive in regards to the other forms.

Any feedback is appreciated!

Thanks for all the support, Broncovet, Vync, Buck, and others.
You guys have been awesome!

Hey, L!
I haven't been able to upload or view uploaded documents for months. I get a specific error when trying to access it.
Everything else is accessible though.

Status is now currently in "Pending Decision Approval".

Thanks!

commodog:  Pending Decision Approval is a good thing...

In REFERENCE to whether your documents are uploaded :

I always "double dip" meaning, when I upload my documents with clear markings of  MY NAME  - SSN - AREA of designation for the document - (ie:  DRO- et al)

I then FAX to MY area - scanning center.

So, I am assured they are received in one media form or the other.

I also will upload to ebenefits -  at an odd time like 0200 - with less internet traffic, I find it works better-

you will clearly see the document has attached at the BOTTOM of the dialogue box. ... you can even go back and see/open what you uploaded.

This is how you know it is uploaded.

Good Luck.

Hey L.

So I eventually settled on my VSO to submit the paperwork to the evidence intake center, and they did somewhere around the end of last month.
I called the VA yesterday to verify they have received it, and they did.

My claim has rapidly transitioned over the past ~5 days from "Preparation for Decision", to "Pending Decision Approval", to now "Preparation for Notification".
I have already looked at my Disability list and the ratings on Ebenefits, and it is the same as it has been in the past.
I'm hoping they just haven't posted the differences yet.

I'll be disappointed if they don't grant TDIU, but I guess they have their procedures and standards, or whatever, so we'll see....

I'll post when I know more.

Holy schmits.
I just pulled up my form and it says I am Permanent and Total.

I was not expecting that at all.
Unbelievable.
Absolutely unbelievable.
