Pay Question

New here,  but I thought I'd see if anyone else has had the same issue as me.  2 months ago, I changed banks, called ebenefits and updated the information.  Since then, I have not received any service connected pay.  Hundreds of calls later to ebenefits, they just say that it's not my fault, the account was suspended and it's being worked on.  That's the only information I have been able to get out of them.  I have just recently contacted my congressman and am letting his office look into it.


Any ideas?

If you got it coming, you'll eventually get it, right.

If nothing else, the take away could be sumed up to be, never close out your OLD Direct Deposit Account until you verify the change. Even leaving only $1.00 in the old account could have saved you this Grief.

You did close the old account right away when you switched banks, otherwise the VA Deposit might be setting there.
