His Appeal is at the BVA, right?

How do you believe, "manifested to a compensable degree within the applicable time limits under3.307" relates to your husband's appealed issues?

Well, he is already at 20% for diabetes, we are asking for increase because she is on insulin. Slow acting and quick acting.  He has been a diabetic since 98.  Even before he got out of service in 92 he had some high sugar levels.  Same goes for blood pressure, but they have not diagnosised him with high blood pressure, although he has been on by meds for along time.  So he was diagnosed with the diabetes first,  these had the valvular heart disease, then the diabetic nephrology.  An then ihd in 2013..  so I’m not sure.  How they will see it but I see diabetes being the culprit that has caused or arrgavated everything else.  I think that as for diabetes can manafest any time after being exposed to agent orange and also the ihd.  And all these other are caused by the diabetes
