Trouble logging in

Any keep getting a login error contact administrator if it keeps happening errror? It’s been like this for a few days but the Vets.gov works but I’m sure up to date since the two are generally linked I thought.

There has been a lot of issues with DS Login the past few weeks. It's working as of now. If you're still having problems, clear the browsers cookies or try logging on in an incognito tab on your browser.

Good advice.  Sometimes, updates will be installed, but not complete until you restart the computer.  

So, if your computer has been updated (sometimes without your knowledge, especially if you have automatic updates) but not restarted, try restarting your computer which will complete the updates.  

I have seen several times when I dont restart, the computer features are drastically limited.  Solution: restart.

Of course, I dont have those issues anymore, since I swithched from Windows to Linux mint.  Linux mint does not require a restart, where Windows does, for updates.

I agree with @broncovet I was unable to log in- to get tricare info and make an appt - tried all times of the day and night. 

This morning - I logged in successfully on e benefits and tricare patient portal with no problems. 

This is not a user end problem it is a website issue....

I am using google chrome and cleared my cookies numerous times, but I too did a reboot like a good ole "Radioman" should  LOL
