Yep, it is a wonder some veterans ever get the care they need.  At least they lost my records when they said I had aids.  I would hate to have to fight that in my records.

GEEZ-----I  think  this happens more then we know- And with so many VA doctors who are 'not' real VA doctors ( many on contracts) that means vets have lost the legal ability to file 1151 claims,
