My grant has been finalized by the RO and transferred to the financial Dept ? So I am hoping that means I am getting closer. 100% TDiu back to March 2003. some SMC ? and service connection went. 16 years-I am hoping I will see my pay soon and disability rating jump. Basically what the heck is getting Ro's authorizationn on a grant and now moved to finance ? And yes the abacus is funny (if not true ) One would think at 16 yrs of this my whole process was done by carrier pidgeons sent to Gilligans Island and back to Willy Wonkas CHockalate Factory where at the very end Willie Wonka signs the paper ?
