Super important: Kizor vs Wilkie US Supreme Court

This case might be the most important case to vets ever.  A favorable outcome to Kizor could mean the VA no longer gets to interpret its own regulations in their own favor.  That is, its possible that Chevron Deference (aka the Auer defense) is overturned.   Chevron/Auer is the "deal killer" to the benefit of the doubt doctrine, which is supposed to favor Veterans because VA gets to interpret its own regulations as they please.

I knew about Gray v. Wilkie, but I'm glad this one was accepted by the Supremes.

The VA, under current regulations, could decide to interpret the regulations to mean no new Vets get benefits ever, and those with benefits should be cancelled immediately, and the money  previously paid to Vets benefits should be divided up between VA executives as a bonus for this interpretation.
