The DOJ has notified Congress that the VA is dropping any appeals to the court decision on the Bllue Water Navy Agent Orange fiasco. Berta Posted June 6, 2019 Share Posted June 6, 2019 (edited) Right- it needs Senate approval- you can contact your Senators via the VA Web site- and urge them to pass this bill ( HR 299) Now is the time for Blue Water veterans to check those co -ordinates in the bill and find any past denials they might have received.Many BWN 's might also want to check the VA's AO ship list as well- I feel there is not enough national news on these issues but maybe when this Bill is signed into law- the media will pick it up.
