I got a letter a couple days ago stating the award but no dollar amount or how far they plan to go back. Will I get another letter stating that? How long typically does the back pay take? Thank you. If not then this would be sitting with your RO and they will do it when they get to it, but if they have awarded from there, then can you see a change on Ebenefits? It could have changed there and then you will see it on your next check or sooner. Now if this is an appeal with or without a remand, then I am sorry to say it is going to be a wait. I received mine and it was 8 months after the RO got around to applying the award. I am still waiting on the remand a year and half later.
