Well, no.  The only thing I have ever seen VA accomplish in 30 days is a 15 minute coffee break.

By "senior review(er)", Im guessing you mean DRO review?  DRO's are supposed to be more experienced rating specialists.

Hello, fellow vets, I am 61 days from a VLJ grant PTSD and Major Depression, remand for TDIU. Seems like (Peggy) says it being worked but dose not show any movement. Anybody have idea on how long these days to get a rating decision? Also is there a way to contact San Diego RO to get the ball rolling again?

No telling when the decision will be rendered. It took 10 months from grant to decision for my BVA Grant/ Remand. More than likely your appeal is still at the AMC, since there is a remand.

Hopefully it will be sooner than later, til then there’s not much you can do.

Is a turn around in 30 days normal when it goes to a senior reviewer.

Shoot, that would be a record and if it does get decided in 30 days, I’m not sure if that’s good news. Maybe I’m wrong and it works out  in your favor.

Keep us posted.

It was a cue it was granted but not for all yhe years of denials i received. They only went back to the last denial i recieved in 2014 (its was denied on appeal)

This is in another post here by this veteran.

That was my first thought- a fast decision at a higher level could mean they caught a CUE or the veteran prpapred a valid CUE.

This stemmed from my letters to Former Secretary Shulkin that VA needs to seek every decision for CUE before the final decision is made. Or properly adjudicate any CUE the veteran filed.

I posted the M21-1MR change here about 1-2 years ago. The Secretary's office called me to thank me for my suggestions and they used two of them in the newest M21-1MR. I just hope Secretary Wilkie uses my medical argument over both HBP and Ischemic stroke, as new AO presumptives.

I posted the other day a recent BVA award for a vet who proved, with the IOM NAP reports that his HBP was due to AO. If The Secretary does Not add HBP as a AO presumptives, any Incountry Vietnam Vet with HBP deemed as "essential" in VA med recs, can use those same reports.
