Ok had comp exam and hearing

Well I had comp exams 3 week after the dro hearing I had the informal hearing did want to hear the waiting on transcript spell.

Well I have 5 different exam in the last year everyone stated I need help. I even have the ch31 indentpent living notes.

I been ask for a&a for 2 yr. I am 25 yr iu 

Va hospital pay for I in home aide an I still got denied lol.

Smh just need to vent think this is going to bva I can see it 3 more yrs smh

No I had the hearing first. The dro say he want two more comp exam same one I took a yr ago smh. They are all good. i got two decision based off bedridden. Before this hearing and I explain I is to b bases off need of help. These are two different smc

 I get in home care not one decision has anything about it or the a&a exam which also stated the help I need

It a game to them I don't understand but we will see. An yes he told me 30 60 day for a decision after the exam were done.

The hearing went ok this is smc a&a an loss of use of hand/ arm

I got two decision before dro hearing each one was I am not bedridden. Nothing about the help I need.

Nothing about the a&a comp exam or the in home care I receive. Just your not beddrin. Beddrin an a&a are two different things.

So let see what he going to say every imo state the help I need.

Even had a mental exam an it stated I need help an severe social an work imperment

An yes he told me 30 60 day after they receive the new comp exams. Seem long. Or he look for away to denied.

Vent all you want Mr CUE.  Just as long as you do not vent at the VA.  It gets you asked to leave, I know, I tried it.
