A fungus of the feet, bi-lateral, and nail fungus. I've taken oral Terbinafine 250 mg a day for 12 weeks,  on 3 separate occasions the past 5 years.

Systemic Therapy:  Any treatment that is injected, or taken by mouth, through the nose, or anally.  This includes, but is not limited to, corticosteroides, phototherapy, retinoids, biologics, photochemotherapy, PUVA, and other immunospuppressive drugs.

Constant/near constant relates to how often the systemic therapy is administered.
