LEFT TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT (RFE)

Rate this question

Rhodesia

Question

I had a second total knee replacement on the same knee, I receive 60% from the first total knee replacement and now I just finished a C&P exam for the second total knee replacement which is called a revision to replace the original hardware, on top of my DBQ from the VA it says  LEFT TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT (RFE) so what does (RFE) mean since it was not on the last exam for my first knee replacement. Thank you

Rohodesia, a quick google search shows up "Routine Future Exams." Makes sense. The VA will schedule him out for a routine eval every few years, to be sure he continues to be rated appropriately. If things get worse, you can put in for an increase if it matches the symptoms of a worse condition rating.
