Yup, everytime someone manages to catch one of their co-workers not looking, so's they can slip your claim into this non-attentive co-worker's "In" basket..............................yup, moving right along through the "system" at an alarming, unbelieveable pace.

Post us again, the next time you receive this same letter.

We'll help you keep track of all of them.

"It is cold and we have no blankets.

The little children are freezing to death.

My people, some of them, have run away to the hills, and have no blankets, no food; no one knows where they are-perhaps freezing to death.

I want to have time to look for my children and see how many of them I can find.

Maybe I shall find them among the dead.

Hear me, my chiefs! I am tired; my heart is sick and sad.

From where the sun now stands, I will fight no more forever."

Chief Joseph

Those letters are generally released when there has been some type of movement with your C-file, or there was a suspense date entered in the system and that date elapsed in which it prompted someone to pull the file and take smoe sort of action.

Big Jim, who is your VSO, is it DAV or AL?

These people should be able to give you an exact location of your claim, especially Randy at the AL who has an office at the Regional office in Louisville.

John

A Veteran is a person who served this country. Treat them with respect.

A Disabled Veteran is a person who served this country and bears the scars of that service regardless of when or where they served.

Treat them with the upmost respect. I do. Rejection is not a sign of failure. Failure is not an option, Medical opinions and evidence wins claims. Trust in others is a virtue but you take the T out of Trust and you are left with Rust so be wise about who you are dealing with.
