Have you gotten a written decision, or are you speculating on what ebenefits says?

I wont comment on what ebenefits says, its inaccurate so speculating on that is not productive.

However, if you got a decision denying PTSD secondary to sleep apnea, then I suggest you appeal it by filing a nod if you dispute the outcome.

Most Vets, who win their benefits, do so after appeals.  Its rare to get all your benefits on the get-go.
