Medical Bills Back Pay

Question

I know if you are rated 50% or higher you get free medical from the VAMC. My questions are as follows:

At 50% or higher, can you get prescriptions at no charge and without co-pay for illnesses not SC?

I have read, but hard to believe, you can also get back pay for any medical bills since rating date even if they are not sc related?

When I go to my VAMC for an AO registery exam can I get setup that day with prescriptions to submit by email?

I was under the impression that NSC Pension had no co-pays. Looks like the VA may owe you some money.

Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.
