Notice, in the new report, The DOD conceded a second spraying at Fort Gordon in 1968, sometime before July. This is new information. Also note on page 6&7 that in a 600 lb drum of AO, the toxin 2,3,7,8, TCDD weighs less than a paperclip. Notwithstanding, it is still the most toxic substance known to man.
