VA's Townhall Meeting

Has anyone received and or participated in these Townhall Meetings? Every now and then I get a call from VA, according to my caller ID that VA is calling me.  When I pick up the phone it starts off as we are calling you to participate in a Townhall Meeting to discuss how VA is handling the COVID-19 and later we will discuss your benefits BLAH, BLAH, BLAH.  I read somewhere that VA was doing these Townhall Meetings but not in my local area. I am not so sure what to think. I am not sure if it is a scam or what. I screen all my calls because I get robo calls and I know I do not have any outstanding debt or outstanding bills and I do not need any type of insurance. I currently have an on going appeal that VA has been trying to get me to withdraw over the last decade.  So, has anyone been getting these calls and have you participated in the Townhall Meetings?

THey aren't scams, its just outreach from the National. They don't discuss individual cases or anything its really broad topic stuff.

I was on one a few months ago and I didn't get to ask a question. I got a call for one yesterday and I hung up. The first one I was on seemed more like partisan talk than anything.
