Cavman Posted February 17, 2007 Share Posted February 17, 2007 DECISION: 50% disability is increased to 70%. Entitlement to individual unemployability is granted. Granted entitlement to 100% rate. Basic elgibility to Dependents` Education Assistance is granted as the evidence shows the veteran currently has total service-connected disability, permanent in nature. Your dependents may be elgible for benefits under CHAMPVA. You may be entitled to Armed Forces Commissary priviledges. No examination will be scheduled in the future. Retro within 15 days.
