You need to check your ChampVA BENEFITS BOOK/Manual if it don't or it don't trully say , you may want to give Glenn Johnson a Call out of the Denver Office. or send an email to Johnson @va.gov His Phone # to his office 303-331-7864 if he don't pick up simply leave your name and phone # he will call you back when he returns to his office.
