Question

Ok so for the past few days the bva decision site has not work.

I was told va 1800 now handle bva calls.

So my ? Is it my computer or is the bva decision site down too.

The old 8387 number no longer work.

I don't like all this new stuff I remember back in the days we had numbers to bva appeal management everybody  posted on hadit.

Va got mad an change all the numbers lol.

But it really help veterans get there claims moving

Berta this is the crazy I cant tell u how working the remand. Never got a letter. From anyone

Only think I got was a remand letter from bva. May 3

Now I am been told I am waiting for a ssoc on my smc issues. An a soc for my mental health. Oh an told I have to do a new va form 9 to appeal the mental health issue.

So I guess now it's a sperate issue from the court remand to bva

I didn't even get a letter asking do I want to add evidence nothing.

I can't wait to see what these letter say.

I am very mad about this so now I got hope the bva address my issues or it's back to court again. Smh

Mr. Cue:

If you have not "gotten a letter", first thing is to check to see if VA has your correct address.  If you have moved, its especially likely that is the problem.  Even if you have not moved, THAT, too, is one more thing VA can mess up.

If the VA can put Vet "A" info in Vet "B"'s file, then getting the wrong address is easy peasy to mess up.

Man I feel veterans got to do something about this no contact with the bva any more.

It make no sense the 1800 is no help can't tell you anything more than va.gov can't tell you about the bva they got do a Iris to contact them to.

This is as bad as the appeal management back in the day

I am sitting here waiting for a judge to make a decision. And don't even understand what he can be making a decision on.

When the effective dates remand by cavc show closed I have a issue with a whole new docket. 111000 now on the docket. All done by ro after the bva remand it to them.

No one will tell me how a bva remand issue is been give a new docket now

So I sit here hoping a bva judge give me a proper decision or I got to appeal.

3 different thing to Cavc at 3 different time's when I was one cavc remand.

I am so mad right now but I am going to wait and let this judge make a decision.

I  just venting again. Lol
