0 Moderator pacmanx1 Posted January 25, 2022 Moderator Share Posted January 25, 2022 Many years ago, dealing with paper copies the VA began charging some veterans for multiple requests but now with the digital age it may be different, or they may charge again but who knows. My intentions are to help, my advice maybe wrong, be your own advocate and know what is in your C-File and the 38 CFR that governs your disabilities and conditions. Do your own homework. No one knows the veteran’s symptoms like the veteran. Never Give Up. I do not give my consent for anyone to view my personal VA records.

OK,
Just sent an email, with a signed VA Form 20-10206 attached, requesting a copy of my C-File. I checked the boxes for Claims File, Treatment Records, Financial Records and Disability Exams.
This will be a test on how long it takes to get.
I will update what I see when I see it,
