I really need to vent.

Well I seen it coming when this new lawyer was put on my case.

Ok the record was serve to the lawyer yesterday.

I get a call I don't see any issue with the rating for the adjustment disorder.

You have tdiu and smc there is no need to fight for the 100 based on the adjustment.

Lol.

Next he withdraw fromy case and I don't have my phone record.

My brief is do in 18 days 

I got to put a motion in for a 10 day extension do to this.

Told the pro Bono program need to send me the record an they have to be removed.

Call they tell me they are working on it.

But my 18 days is running.

This is why I did want to us this place.

They make you sign them on your case before they talk to the veteran on even see the record.

I am so mad it will get fix be I don't feel like go threw more issues.

I should of stuck to my guns.

Oh a the petition for extraordinary relief was rule as moot.

Because they made this decisions I am appeal to court.

New lawyer tell me u lose your case with the petition. Smh I didn't even have the time or patience to deal with him.

I don't even have a problem doing The brief in 10 days.

I no my case I no my record and understand where everything is in my record.

I just used it last year to get the court to.

Reverse the adjustment disorder.

An To set a side the effective dates for smc s and l that were granted by the board.

Also to get the remand for smc o and r and loss of use under smc benfits.

It's not a real problem I am just tried of all these road blocks.

Well that was fast the telephone conference is to be done on March 28.

See this is were I am in the hands of the pro Bono lawyer.

Like what issue are they going to address with the VA.

I have spoke to the lawyer one time smh

Whatever I just hope they don't play with my issues

Update I spoke to the lawyer telephone conference is change to the 31.

He did see a few of my issues and I will wait to see if him and the VA lawyer can come to a joint remand that I agree with.

I like the dude he is a fighter and he fighting a class action suit against the VA.

So I can't ask for more I guess.

With the program.

I didn't used the telephone conference on the other two case.

New program I had to see how it work wasn't chance my whole case to a new program..

Today the judge advance the cavc remand appeal but didn't rule on merger my cavc remand back together yet.smh

So I continue with 3 different appeal going at the court. An no one still hasn't address why or how.

But whatever the mental health issues that was remove from the cavc remand docket.

The VA has about 13;day to put in there reply brief. So we will see what there reason is on something.

I bet they don't address all the issues and ask the court for a remand. I see it coming lol

So in a   the month of April I should be get a word from the veterans affairs on my case.

They have to address something so we will see

But the fight continues

Update well the VA offer to only address smc l for a year. At the telephone conference.

Little to say I refused the joint remand.

I will take it to the judge.

Well after speaking with the lawyer who handle the telephone conference.

I hire him to address the effective dates for smc l and s.

And the mental health increase and smc l based in this condition.

Which will give me the smc o and r.

To give a understanding I have smc l for my physical condition.

The dro send me to comp exam to see if my mental health also need help of other.

Well the VA has been been the VA and not address the dro hearing or why I was even send to the comp exam.

Well anyway I like the lawyer he speak to me and he understand my issues.

He has look at my whole record and even ask? About it.

We talk about law and cfr and how it is to be addressed in my case.

So I took him on these two cases.

I am going to keep doing the smc o and r myself.

I just can't put all my eggs in one basket lol.

Yes I think ahead. But I feel good about the lawyer and him handling these cases.

So we will see what happens.

Well update the lawyer got the one case for mental health stay until he get a copy of the record 

Court order VA to have it to him 5 days..

I have s telephone conference set for apr 22 on this.

Well for the effective dates for smc s and l I am waiting for the lawyer to file the brief.

They the VA got 20 days to do there brief.

So my cases are moving and I hope to be out of all this court stuff by next 60 90 days.

This lawyer has until tomorrow to put in this brief he is really wait until the last min.

I don't like that got me feeling like he going to miss the deadline on purpose over here lol.

Naw I just glad I don't have to handle all three cases.

Well two case are with the judge last one will be with the judge by the middle of next month.

Well most of my issues were address in the brief from my lawyer on my case.

Just can't understand how the judge order my lawyer to example why the case should be merge together again

But will not make a ruling.

The court will not even order the telephone conference on the last case.

Crazy process but now I am almost at the finish line at the court again so I am a little happy. Lol
