Ok well today the decision was made on the issues still under the cavc remands docket.

The issues were smc o and r for my need of in home care. Got my finger crossed lol

The other issue loss of use under smc benfits. Smc m and k

Ok it look like one got granted the other got denied.

Both are call increase rating smc.

So here the bad part I am going to be going crazy for the next 7 day.

Call the VA to try and get the decision fax like I been doing for to there been 30day.

They told me they fix the problem yea right.

A veteran now have to wait for there letter.

Then there me  think it could be something total different granted.

And they ain't address nothing.

But I am happy look like I got one issue down.

I am still  got two appeal at the court.

An which ever issues is denied will be my 3rd appeal.

But today was a good day I been waiting for this decision for a min.

Yea I ain't even think about effective date.

I wish that would have just put which issue was granted and which was denied.

That was stress me.

It could be any that they granted.

I just can't get fully happy yet

The VA hamster wheel means that the BVA granted you SMC and returned it to the RO for them to set/assign the effective date and if it is incorrect, you have to file a new appeal.

I had two issues under this bva decision.

Loss of use smc m

Higher level in home care smc o and r.

One was granted and one was denied.

Both are listed as increase rating for smc.

Or it could be another smc

I am smc l all ready so it can be anyone of the higher smc.

Why could they just put the letter.

Ok during this process I got a 300 retro one time.

So I just can't get fully happy until I see which smc.

Well I will be given the VA a call again today. An try to get info on what was granted.

Crazy they just couldn't put the issue which was granted.

This not knowing which issue or if it the issues I been appeal is worst than the fight.

High level smc can be any thing over my smc l.

Just venting lol.

Well my little trick I used to get decision fax over no longer work.

The 1800 is now say that there mail delay was fix 12/31/. Yes ok.

Well we will see.

Now I got to wait 7 to 10 days before they fax it over.

I just hope it ain't more games.

Congratulations!

They will usually email by secure email after 10 days if you haven't received the decision by mail.  Also, you can go to a VA Regional Office if you have one in your area and pick up a copy of the decision same day (and C&P Exams)
