LHI tomorrow

Well I have my C&P tomorrow at LHI about my Meniere's claim. Should be an adventure. Going to a place that doesn't specialize in anything close to what I'm being examined for. All the new rating and nightmares I hear from everyone. I have to drive 1 hour and 20 minutes to a company that has another office 20 mins from me. I almost just quit the claim and left well enough alone but I think thats what they want. I hope I get a person that listens and reads all my doctors notes. I'll check ebenefits later today to see if I get denied before i even have my examine like last time lol.

Rip, why do you need another exam?

The same happened to me. Exam for the same thing twice. Got denied of course.

I'm assuming because the first one was favorable and met the requirements for 100%. I figured if they wanted different results they would send me to a different doctor's office. Really frustrating.

Yeah it's a shame. I thought fighting a war was hell. Fighting the VA is hell.

When all of this is finished I am going to focus all my attention on how LHI is screwing veterans over.  These people suck.

I been trying to tell ppl these private contract exams are not helping veterans.

I would call the white house hotline an complaint I think if they keep getting these complaints something will change.

If not a veteran will have to challenge these exam at the court.

How many veterans can travel a HR and half away for a doctor appointment. When the VA hospital is 10 30 min away.

 

I feel the rater are now using these exam to prolong claims and not work them.

What is the rules on how many exam they can order there isnt one.

So they are able to keep saying the exam wasnt right until they get a negative medical opinion.

Some say they would never do that.

But I had over 10 comp exam during my claim and appeal.

It was remand by the court they try to order more exams.

All for smc benefits which are to be granted and effective by the record.

So I have no trust in these ppl.

The rater is to make the determination not a examiner but they keep try to send the claim out.

@Mr cue you have hit the nail on the head. 

I did complain to VA about LHI. But it looks as they have ignored me. Maybe it's time to do a congressional.
