Question

My claim for popliteal aneurysms was received at the BVA on March 17, 2020. So finally my claim was distributed to a veteran law judge  on May 10, 2022 and the status so far just says that a veteran law judge is reviewing my claim since May 10, 2022. On July 10, it will be under review for two months! Does anyone know why my claim is taking so long to decide? Thanks Mark Z.

My successful appeal to the BVA for OSA Sleep Apnea due to PTSD and PTSD medications took a little over two years and this after the BVA judge moved my appeal to head of line as I turned 75 during the appeal period.

In 35 years some of my claims and appeals has taken from many months to several years.  So there is that.

Very recently I received within 20 days a 60% rating for GERD and 10% for Tinnitus from the VARO.  This was from date of filing and included two C&P exams.  Maybe they think I am going to die soon????
