Please feel free to move or delete if inappropriate here. it explains why I have struggled so much with my claim this time. Hope it’s a sign for change on the current one. A few of my old claims they closed are now listed as currently being appealed in the issue tab. Like I have been saying no one is supervising the ordering of exam. Great info now we need to fight to get a copy of the exam post on my health in our records. So we can see it. Mr cue Posted October 3, 2022 Share Posted October 3, 2022 Were are the VA worker who post about how exam are to be handled So I guess the inspector general doesn't understand how it work also. Guess there been a lot of complaints for oig to open a investigation. The crazy part is there will be no changes. They say they recommend the VA does this or that.
