Greetings

What is the rating for Parkinson's diesese?

That depends on the severity of the disease. I have seen some low ball ratings all the way to a loss of use on the effected extremity.  If it keeps one from feeding or bathing themselves, then SMC L would be in view.

My cousin has Parkinson's.  He was a lawyer and a good one.  Now he can hardly speak a sentence.  His mind is still intact, but he needs round-the-clock care.  He can afford it. As has been said it depends on the severity of the disease, but it does usually get worse with time.   What would be a low ball rating for Parkinson's?  How could that disease be rated 10%?  Kirk Gibson the former ballplayer has it and he still does game talk, but you can see what it has done to him.  I bet he takes a ton of drugs to control it.   There must be a DBQ on Parkinson's that rates it according to specifics.  Does the vet get care from a private doctor? Those records would help since if it due to AO there is no controversy about what caused the thing only the severity.
