grayling12
What service records do the C&P examiner and rater review for your claim, 1. Service medical records ( I know they have access to these) 2. Military personnel records ( Do they even have access to these during the claim) 3. Or both? It seems like they would be more interested in your service medical records. Just curious. Edited January 12, 2023 by grayling12

0 Moderator broncovet Posted January 14, 2023 Moderator Share Posted January 14, 2023 I agree with Broken spoke. Many times your job in service affects your medical. A great example could be hearing loss. If you worked on jet engines, or fired big guns, then there is a good chance these things could cause hearing loss. Not so much if you worked maybe as some sort of paper work or accounting.
