The VA is using every excuse they can. First covid, now PACT.

Even though the Pact Act is new, the VA just started processing those claims January 2023.

My intentions are to help, my advice maybe wrong, be your own advocate and know what is in your C-File and the 38 CFR that governs your disabilities and conditions.

Do your own homework. No one knows the veteran’s symptoms like the veteran. Never Give Up.

I do not give my consent for anyone to view my personal VA records.

The Pact act is for new claims, why is va using that as an excuse when addressing board appeals?

This is crazy!! Now va is making up out of thin air?

Do you have an attorney?

Yes I do have an attorney. I do understand that attorneys want that big pay but my opinion, to save money, BVA should look at things like that.

I’m guessing you have more than one issue on appeal.

I have used the BVA decision search feature, and found several appeals with later docket numbers than mine, that have already been completed.

You can tell by the date and explanation of the appeal that these case were not due to advanced age or financial difficulties or homelessness.

Just one issue-mental health.  I have seen that too.
