  1. #ANYONE touching/reading this Forum or any part of it can Subscribe like I just did at 5 bucks a month. And I do mean "Anyone". IF a "Low Income Senior" who Medicare told; "You are a QMB, henceforth do not pay any medical billing", IF he/she can do this can't you as well? Five bucks a month commitment???!!!
  2. Are you ALONE in your battle with the V.A.? Do you have "Representation? Attorney or one-o-those; useless as tits on a hog groups?
  3. Everyone Who touches These Forum posts can Afford Five Bucks a Month to Support this thing we call hadit; and because we usually have right? IF I can at 74, Low Income SSA, Still Waiting for My VA Benefits; can't You as well???

Off record, Veteran believes V.A. and CA Veterans Affairs; conspired to defraud Veteran. The 2nd "victory" has been agreement from Appellee and Appellant's Counsel that ERROR existed and Remand was mutual agreement. NOW we go back to the B.V.A./V.A., but STORY is different; Veteran now has legal Counsel and V.A./B.V.A. will have Order from Court for Expeditious ....
