0 iceturkee
this is old news and has been talked about for years. back in july, the va, members of veteran service organizations and a member from the gao met with members of the house armed services comittee. they presented several different options beside reverting veterans reaching full retirerment age back to their actual rating. it hasn't gone any farther. with fy2017 budget levels already agreed upon (and above the sequester levels), this is doubtful before fy 2018.
