M21-1-6 Rating Board Procedure 3.13 REASONS AND BASES a. General. Conclusions without supporting analysis and explanation do not comply with statutory requirements. Reasoning deductively from the general to the particular, dedicate the first paragraph to the legal justification and the second to the supporting evidence. Reasons and bases paragraphs containing conclusory statements such as, "The evidence does not warrant any change in the prior evaluation" are inadequate without an analysis of the credibili…

ptsd Va Denied My Sc Heart Condition!
Well, 2 weeks ago I received a letter from the VA that they denied my claim for my heart condition. I have been SC for my heart for over 40 years. Since 1966. Although I did have a heart attack over a year ago and have not worked since. I was approved for SSDI last July. I was extremely disapointed when the VA turned me down and wanted to just say to hell with it. My VSO and my VA Psychiatrist talked me into filing a NOD for anxiety disorder, depression and PTSD as secondary conditions to my service connected heart condition. I am just tired of explaining it every time to someone new. I would really like to forget about it and for people to leave me alone. I am very pleas…

The blast threw the 26-year-old Marine sergeant 10 feet into the air and sent a piece of hot shrapnel into his right temple. Once his wound was patched up, Ball insisted on rejoining his men. For the next three months, he continued to go on raids, then …

tdiu One Condition = 60%= 100% Tdiu
If a veteran has a condition with multiple SC ratings but the VA combines them for the purpose of TDIU and they equal 60% disabling --will that then qualify the veteran to the TDIU? For example, PN (feet) bilateral 21% Heart (CAD) 30% DMII 20% HTN/HBP 10% ________ 60% - Does this then mean that because all the individual disabling processes are combined under DMII for TDIU thus making this veteran eligible for TDIU at 100%. But then also if these disabling processes continue to worsen they also are rated serately in the event the verteran asks for an increase in the rating for any of these…
